How are Condominium maintenance costs allocated?

Art. 51. (1) (Amended and supplemented – SG No. 57 of 2011, supplemented – SG No. 26 of 2016) The costs for management and maintenance of the common parts of the condominium are distributed equally according to the number of owners, users and occupants and members of their households regardless of the floor they live on.

How is the amount of the “Repair and renovation fund” fee determined?

Art. 50. (2) The funds in the fund are collected from: (amended – SG No. 57 of 2011) monthly contributions from the owners in an amount determined by a decision of the general meeting according to the ideal parts of the individual owners in the common parts of the condominium, but not less than one percent of the minimum wage for the country.
